Burude Falls - Tourist attraction in Siddapura, Honnekomb - Uttara Kannada, India

Burude Falls in Kumta is an enchanting natural wonder that left me breathless. The cascading waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery, creates a mesmerizing sight that rejuvenates the soul. However, it's important to note that the road to reach here is not that good, so be prepared for a bumpy ride. Additionally, there are no washrooms or shops nearby, so it's advisable to carry water and food with you. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beauty of Burude Falls makes it well worth the visit. Don't forget to capture the magical moments with your camera!

Awesome experience as we had gone just after the monsoon season started. The journey to the place is little though as it gets closer and you can directly go to the place by car or bike. There are no nearby shops or hotels so plan accordingly. We had reached the place by afternoon and in the monsoon season they won't allow to go near the bottom of the falls as it's slippery and dangerous. The falls is beautiful and roaring. After some time the rain started and volume of water pouring also increased, such a beautiful place and do intend to visit again.

Wonderful Hidden gem amidst dense forest , Its located in interior place around 7-8 KMs from Kumta-Siddapura state highway. There are sign board at each junctions - I have added pics for them too. Google map didnt show the full road till falls parking lot (I have updated it latest, not sure its already update or not) Last 250-300 Mtrs is off roading and need to climb down around 250-300 steps from parking lot. Other falls like benne hole, onake abbi doesn't have such roading or steps for climbing , but this one and unchalli falls have enough road connectivity which encourages thrilled visitors. Note: No rest rooms and any kind of shops bear by. So carry your drinks and food. Do not litter and lets keep the nature to itself and do not try to challenge as its highly dangerous .

Must visit if you are visiting Siddapura. It's around 40km from Jog Falls. While reaching by car may be a tedious task, for bikers, it's an amazing experience.

Its a beautiful place deep inside the forest and worth visiting. Not allowed down due to heavy rain.

Closed half steps due to rain.!! Good ride for bikers. Need to walk down the stairs.

This is one of the beautiful falls in Karnataka no entry fees to this falls and just one thing I want to add there are lot of leaches so be careful

It'll be Very good in monsoon season. The road is also good, no need to do the trekking.
