Very poor hospital that lacks proper equipment and well trained doctors. It is a place where people come walking and returns on a wheelchair. It has a huge infrastructure and have a huge potential to do something good but due to the negligence of the authority it is on the verge of extinction. Located at center of Burnpur city it is one of the most important place in the city.

Need improvement for staff recruitment shortage of staff. Lift can't be used for patients party female.female ward is worsen.

Would have given zero star if possible... The way OBS & GYN doctor S S Sinha and P Sinha talked like they are the owners of Sail hospital and I was asking for charity.... I went there for normal checkup during my ninth month of pregnancy... But both doctors refused to check me even. Mr. S Sinha said.. "Jaiye waha dikhaye jaha pahle dikha Rahe the.. Yaha kya Kam paisa lagega isiliye Aaye hai.. Nahi dekhenge Jaiye..Yaha check-up nahi hoga" ... Never seen in my life that doctors talk like this.. I live in Guwahati and came to my in-laws for delivery.. My house is nearby this hospital so I went there for my convenience.... But it was my worst experience till now.... Doctor should know how to talk to a pregnant lady.. I was not asking for free services. Sail authority should look into this matter... I am very disappointed with such a big reputed organization..

I won't say every Dr. In the hospital is same. But gynecologist couple Mr. And Mrs. Sinha are the worst one. Actually I won't call them Doctors. Mr. Sinha is just there to do "lipa poti " on the mistakes of his beloved wife. And Mrs. Sinha is just a self proclaimed, full of ill mannered, arrogant female. To this Sinha couple " We left our career,sacrificed a lot to support our Spouse,So that they can give 100%. to the organisation ( SAIL) .Keep your attitude to you pockets and find out the statistics "How many deliveries of any executive is done at ISP sail hospital? ". And why?

One of the most worst and disgusting management working. Not a single doctor is on time, they enter on work on their personal timings . All the staffs as well as doctors shows utmost unprofessional attitude towards patients. The complaint system are hidden under the carpet so no one can step for any help .

Its very old hospital in the town. Well know specially among the SAIL employees. There is two separate section outpatient and emergency. It was good during nineties and until 2010, now it looks like not much good doctors and also they never updates in the infrastructure and facilities. Overall till now I had good experience.

Front side of hospital is like private nursing home. But when you enter inside then you can see actual figure of hospital. Dogs and cats are running everywhere. But what can we do? Its name SAIL

I worked in this 350 beded Hospital for more than 26 yrs. Retired as AGM( Dietician & Medical Services ).Burnpur Hospital is having ICU, ITU,ICCU, Modern OT.Biochemistry,Pathology , Public Health etc.Today I am on this Hospital for Medical checkup. Now the outdoor building has been renovated with beautiful floorings .Modern machines are now available in different dept. Few nos of Doctors, Specialist are recruited Recently. Separate Hospital for Corona Patients is at New Town. SAIL employees are getting treatment here, Chargeable patients are getting treatment. Clean environment, pollution free area. Bus services is available.
