It is dark, Small and has old equipments. Nobody would respond. The trainers are not qualified. This is not owned by those who work here, it is a franchise and the trainers are working for some 10k to 12k only, so that would be the effort they put in as well. The current manager Praveen Isaac is very rude, he wouldn't care what you do, they wouldn't even teach you how to use an equipment properly. And to be honest, nobody comes to this gym anymore. Everyone has switched to something more spacious and classy. The owner is not ready to invest here because he is not seeing profit here like in other branches (He told me this personally) For the poor environment they provide they charge 1500. All other good gyms with a great ambience charge less or the same. Do not choose this gym, ACE fitness studio, fitness empire are all better choices. Go for that.

One of the good gym in thiruvallur city. Has a good trainer and all kinds of wights and pulley Machines you need in a gym.

Its very nice equipped with so many tools n supporting trainers
