This gym is the best as long as my coach Parul Modi is there she is amazing as she always guide properly in every exercise and guide us a lot. When she is not around we don't feel like coming to the gym. So she is the best coach with very polite nature
It is a good gym with proper certified trainers. I would recommend Rohit sir who always cares about the clients alot and he is very helpful during every gym activity. Amazingly he is the one who even knows the biomechanics of the muscles.
