The soft and tasty idiyappam with sugar and crated coconut was awesome in taste. You also get coconut milk with idiyappam. Those who wish to have some other combination other than sweet have the option of veg gravy. Three persons were continuously squeezing out the flour. A four layers of steam cook pot is being used to cook the idiyappams. They were hot selling. One set gets fully sold before the next set is cooked. A must try food for all ages. Upto 11 pm you can get the dishes here
