Tricky and low quality food. The burgers take around 45 minutes to get prepared. The staff finds it hard to explain the menu. Ineffective reception and they can be tricky at times. The business will offer multiple payment methods before dining to attract customers but will declare card machine is not working to get change or liquid cash for business use. Unprofessional service and not an ideal option to visit with family. Not a great experience and better to avoid the place and select the KFC which is nearby for a better family experience and quality food.

Peaceful and beautiful ambience. Very calm and quiet vibe as you enter. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful and the food is pretty good. One is enough for two people if you don't have a huge appetite. Overall a nice cozy place to sit down and have something in irinjalakuda. Best burger restaurant in irinjalakuda...

I had tried a veggie cheese burger at Burger Lounge; the taste was good and awesome. I really loved it. A good and neat air-conditioned space where you can enjoy your favourite burgers and smoothies

I could have given 5 stars but only due to one reason. The amount of garlic mayo you are pouring into a Burger is unbearable. When we eat we can only taste mayo not the taste of a burger. In my case, I specifically said to the waiter, that mayo and ketchup should be very low but I got stunned when I see the amount of mayo you have put in the burger (in the photos you cannot see it properly ). Too much mayo in food doesn't make any food more tastier. What you are getting is just the taste of Mayo. Some people might like it, but not everyone's cup of tea I tasted the beef Patty separate. It was juicy and tasty but you guys are ruining it with overuse of mayo. Still, I could say it was one of the best burgers I had tasted near premises and their nice ambience and interior. Staff also good service

The club sandwich and the mojitos were average. The chicken roll was just okay. We had to wait more than half an hour just to hear that item wasn't available. Not satisfied with the service. They were constantly asking about bringing the bill like they were in a hurry. Dining space is nice and cozy. Good for small parties and celebrations. Not wheelchair accessible.
