Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Kochi, Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

Had the crispy double patty chicken burger at Burger King today.... It had 2 crispy patties, onion and mayo. It has a pretty good taste and I had it with fries which was nice and crispy and a glass of Miranda.

I've been dining many Burger King outlets internationally, this is the worst. Chicken wings, there's grill and fried in display, but only fried option available. It's over heated in oven n made un edible. Too much salty. I shall never recommend it.

Its a quick grab place inside the airport just above the gates.

Not the best organised burger place, not the best trained staff and not the best tasting food. They have advertised Rs262 for a chicken whopper meal but after answering positively for the cashier lady's endless questions, it turned out to be Rs 462!!! Thats almost double the original price. Asked for a takeaway but served in a tray and had to ask to repack. They have a order number but they dont announce or display the order number when its ready, so your food may get cold on their counter. Desserts menu was displayed but not available. Lastly the cashier lady and the funny-moustache worker pass their time by passing loud comments on the people eating at this place. Bad management written all over this place.

Today i had a chicken wopper meal and spicy chicken wings it tastes so good... Especially that spicy wings it was crunchy and spicy...the food is not pre cooked we can see them making that was amazing.they are giving freshly cooked food and the staff behavior was good... Overall i am satisfied..its truly value for money..

I ordered a Triple Whooper Burger with only Mayonnaise spread. The whopper was dripping with Chilli Mayo instead of regular mayo. When i asked them about it, they had no idea about normal Mayo and they only serve Chilli mayo. Please consider this post as a warning for Burger lovers who don't want the food dead spicy. Also i request @Burgerking to avail normal Mayo also atleast as an option.

Was there for a quick bite on a long day on 8 August. Unfortunately the Girl who served on the till so rude and not at all helpful. Showed any customer service skill.

Great restaurant, a great variety of burgers at affodable prices! Mutton whopper is a unique addition to the Indian menu and is a must try for all tourists!
