Offers are fake, just attracting people. Whatever shows 99 and 149 is not real For this we need to download burger King app in our mobile and order and that for offer is not for all in app In the direct shop the 99 item is 159 and 149 item price 239. The posters and banners and display is not real. It's a fake offers just attracting people. I visited few other malls Burger King shop they taking as per the posters and display But here in panjagutta mall all offers are fake don't trust and don't buy
Hiding the low cost menu burger and forcing to buy the other items. I visited three times in two months and every time he doing the same. Mostly soft drinks completed state.
Went to this outlet after a movie at 9:30pm.. asked for Pepsi meal (around 320 rs), DENIED because they don't have soft drinks kinda forced me to take milk shakes (around 370 rs) or coffee(in the night) as meal. Asked for single burger (chicken woopher), DENIED, because they serve only meals in store but they display single burger price on menu board, when asked why don't serve they are asking me to download the BK app, select the location and order online. Staff are rude and slow made me wait for 20 min denying what ever I order. . They are forcing to spend OUR money extra and not giving us the choice of food we want to order. #letmemakemychoice.. Very disappointed at the level of service.. Thank you for your prompt response, but I believe that response is common for all the customers who have given 1 star. Again no proper action taken by the higher management. I have pretty much described my experience about the outlet on google maps, why do you still require the email? Please update the outlet location, it shows as 'Jai Hind enclave, Madhapur' where I actually visited 'Food Court, L&T Metro Mall, Unit No U2 & U3, 5th Flr, Mumbai Hwy, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082' which shows you level of customer service commitment.
I had a disappointing experience when we visited this particular BK store. First, the service was horrible. There were no clean tables, and when I asked the person at the counter, he was rude and said that I had to ask the cleaning people. Second, the chicken sandwich was stale and insipid. Finally, there was no a/c running, and the place was hot and humid. I would never visit this place again.
They are supposed to open at 10am. We went at 11:30 all the staff is laughing and enjoying and refusing to take orders. They said order on swiggy or zomato we are closed for service. There were literally 8 staff people inside doing nothing... Pathetic experience !!
Poor service from staff I asked for chicken meal they said it was not available They are tricking customers to take different things and making bill higher Stopped taking orders for 30 minutes Poor service Mc Donald's is way better than burger king They are looting customers
Best place to have burgers. Food is yummy. On a Friday evening the environment is quite and large enough space to sit and eat peacefully. If you have toddlers, they enjoy for sure with paper crowns that place on the table.
They display in store 99/-veg crispy meal but they charging 170/-, while we asked these offer not available right now.worest team working on billing counter

This place is a must try place for those who didn't visit it. The food, service, ambiance etc everything is good. The dal makhani and the paneer curry were so delicious . The quantity was also good!
