The most pathetic Burger King i have been so far. It has washed off all the credits i carried for this brand. Arrogant Staff Unclean tables Dirty washrooms AC temperature not suitable Almost every customer was asking the staff to clean the tables but the staff was reluctant to service. I requested thrice but went in deaf ears. Only after i started taking snaps the table was cleaned. Staff busy in clicking snaps of their friends but not interested in giving service to customer. Some action needs to be taken swiftly on the manager who manages this showroom Simply pathetic . Not recommended at all.
Ajay in this store truly understands the brand burger King is. A night before I received a burger in a delivery which had no filling and a burnt bread. I reported this to Ajay, he calmly listened to me, apologized to me and delivered another burger at my home. Well trained! He deserves a raise! Restored my faith in BK. The picture has my free burger :-)
Loved their hot and cheesy veg burger and the cheese fries specifically their cheese it was little different then other brands. Also their burgers are heavy and worth the price not like McDonald's who are these days just trying to fool people with everything less like mayonnaise. BK did put a lot of mayo and sauces in their burgers!!

Believe me it's horrible experience. We were greeted by an angry and frustrated customer who took parcel went home to find few of the order items were missing. Usually in such cases one Mr wearing a tie will come and give you a lesson how things can miss and tell you sorry. Added to this the AC was very mild and again sorry, AC under repair, cooling is less. Little biwildered, we thought these things sometimes happen and still placed our order for burgers and fries and a wrap. None of the item was hot. It's just normal temperature as if we ordered them some two hours back. Again the Mr. Tie came and tried to explain me how a burger can't be heated because it will loose .,... I broke him and told him to get lost. Please avoid this outlet, unless we speak up, these businesses will play and loot us. I have decided to write a strong mail to customer care also but again we all know what happens, this time a BIG sorry
The place is very well designed. It's ambiance is pretty nice and there's ample of space for couples, groups, families, etc. There are plenty of options in the menu and there are several Burgers and combos to choose. I wish I could continue the positive vibe in the taste aspect too. The taste of the Burgers is just fine. It ain't too good just average and some of them are just pale. The quantity and pricing is decent and affordable. The service is okay too.
Pretty good store. Do try the Mutton Whooper - it's closest to the real American Whooper. The Veg. Whooper is horrible, just go save some money and eat a Vada Pav or Dabeli. But the Royal Paneer Burger is great vegetarian option. Their chocolate shake was super too.
