Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Thane - Thane, India

I am very much surprised to see that on festivals there is only one person who is taking order and that also very slow. There is a huge queue still staff is not worried or care for customers. Customers is asking for refund and lot of rush. After 40 mins i received my order ( queue + preparing time ) and taste and packing is not good In burger, spread is appied properly , fries are halfed cooked Very disappointed by the service and staff behaviour :( Will not recommend Burger King, Korum Mall.

Nice place to try out variety of burgers. Try out their whopper which is tasty and filling as well. Just in case you prefer having it a bit spicy, you should definitely opt for the fiery one. They also so serve cold drinks and soft serves at affordable prices.

I visited her twice just because my son wanted to have French fries. Both time experinced bad staff behavior. First time from a cleaning staff as the table was unclean and I asked her to clean. She cleaned with stinky wet cloth which actually made that table worst. 2nd time at counter as my order was only French fries and chocolate mouse the staff was so furious. I don't visit malls so frequently so I asked for a bill on which he said with Sarcastic look it will come on phone. Which also I didn't receive and hence again went to counter and ask about bill on which again that staff was arrogant enough to show my order on counter. I was alone with my kid so was just more cautious about where about and this place is near by so I wasn't well dressed... all which he thought a poor economy background lady and treated like this. Even those who come from economy class shouldn't be treated with thise level of arrogance.

If you are fast food lover then it's the good place to cooldown the hunger of your stomach. Worrying about food quality no need atall Burger King will always give you the best food quality. Food quantity is satisfactory & prices are also not to high. Ambience is good, staff is kind, polite & helpful.

The usual Burger fare Burger King is a US multinational and a competitor to McDonald's. The burger remains one of the cheapest branded fast foods in the country, with the entry level price point being as low as Rs 40 for both Burger King and Mac. Burger King has an ongoing offer of 2 burgers for Rs59 plus taxes. It is a mass market product. However, BK offers a fairly wide menu of burgers with various combinations. We found the burger patty at BK somewhat spicier than the one at McD's. However, overall taste is okay. What beats me is why they add such longish slices of onion in the burger (see accompanying pic). It is virtually impossible to eat such a long slice at one go. I hope the management addresses this issue. The vanilla ice cream cone is however quite good. We found the vanilla ice cream quite tastier and superior to that of other leading brands like Kwality Walls and Amul. The Korum Mall store has 3 cash counters. However not all are manned always. At times a queue builds up, and one may have to wait. During our visit, we were in the queue for almost 10 minutes, which was quite frustrating. Of course, the delivery was very fast, as always. While product taste is okay, I believe the store has to ensure that all cash counters are open during the rush hour so that customers do not have to wait in the queue for a long time. Update: I had bought certain items at BK during my last visit, participated in the online feedback survey, and generated the requisite codes for availing a 10% discount as promised on the website. However, when I tried to avail the discount at the store today, the store cashier told me that the discount is applicable on invoices above Rs100 only. I do not believe this was mentioned on the website. Hopefully the company can clarify. Also the attitude of the cashier was not quite friendly. If the company intends to offer a discount, it should educate its staff not to frown on customers who wish to avail of the offer.
