Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I went to this mall with my family last week after watching a movie to have a light dinner with my family and kids, and we ordered Chicken Strips and Burgers. Chicken strips they gave spoilt one full smell and blood was there immediately I complained service manager they saw and apologized and taken item back and they give another same items one that also same full hard whole spoiled food item they are servicing. I called and reported all staff, and I showed the items in the table how you are delivering all spoiled meals to the customer. I'd like to ask everyone to please check the food items before eating here. I would like to request that Food management please inspect all of your food items and serve the quality of food to the customer.

Placed an order from Zomato for mousse cake and coco lava, my other was extremely late and after arriving, when I open The package oh boy it was a mess and wrong order I got two coco lava mouse cake was missing, and it tasted like left over food. This is such a waste of money, and the worst is when I tried calling the restaurant they were so unprofessional. You guys are horrible. Even u guys are working to earn money right? Hey it's same situation here don't u feel horrible for wasting our money like that!?????? Pls learn some attics and ########

Good franchise of burger King here at royal Meenakshi mall. The service, taste, quality are all upto mark. Seating is available outside the stall, and inside the stall too. Order is made pretty quick. No complaints at all. Both online and offline mode of payments accepted.

99 rupee veg meal offer is shown only in the display, People in the service will not get us that. They ask us to take milk shake or something else. If we ask to call the manager they say pepsi is not available so we can not serve that 99 rupees meal, if you still want that you need to wait for 15mins with arrogance. After 15mins wait also they didn't serve what we wanted. Very bad service,Very bad management,bad environment. I do not recommend this place.

Worst worst worst... went last Sunday... ac not working... hardwash filed with junks not even washed my hand after seeing... staffs don't even know their sudoksho store code. Qualify is not upto the mark of the cost they charging. Won't recommend anyone to this specially Royal Meenakshi Mall branch.

Burger was too small compared to other outlets. I don't know whether its common there or not. Also there was a issue with coke machine they could not gave me coke.

Awesome food, Burger king makes burger affordable and have varieties of starters and snacks. Infact their cold coffee and desserts are tasty and yum.

This is new Burger King Outlet open in Vega City Mall. Ample space for dining with great view. Pros: - Taste is good for different variety of Burgers. - We tried Chicken Grill Burger and found the the taste to be but quantity to be very less. - Normal Chicken Combo Burger we're value for money. - Chicken wings were average and it needs a lots of improvement in terms of taste. Cons: - Staff seems to be undertrained and seen panicking with increasing demands. This should be taken care as and when they start servicing more customers. - Token system needs to be followed and service should be quicker, considering this is fast food chain. Nevertheless, one can always visit this place for quick bites with great view and ambiance.
