Don't need to say anything the photo says everything. I ordered A veg burger meal with thick chocolate shake but got 70% ice cream Mixed with Milk... The Quality of shake was pathetic... On asking the staff guy behaviour was next level rude... Quantity was also not standard since they didn't have the sufficient quantity of stuff to serve so they serve me this worst experience of mine at a Burger King ever... After paying arround 300 I got a small burger with fries & A 65% to standard quantity shake. Not recommending this burger King outlet to anyone.

Hello, I just ordered from Zomato and I've tried to call but you guys just won't pick up!!! My order was of 2 paneer wraps and one cheesy fries but you did not give the cheesy fries it's not in the packing! It was also mentioned in the bill that I had ordered cheesy fries too.
It is understandable, indeed, that in fast food chain, it gets busy. But in this case, it wasnt busy at all. Seems like all staff was hired in a single day without any training. Customer dealing skillset of staff is absurd. I asked for a ice lemon tea, instead got a pepsi. Had to stand in line of 30 mins just for medium meal. Come on guys. One staff named "SANDEEP" as far as i remember seeing his name tag on shirt. He was the only one on front end dealing with everyone but lacks customer interaction as such, was ignoring 5 customers behind him waiting for his response on delays. Who showcase this kind of behaviour when working in F&B and representing a team?
I don't find the difference between Sunday Chocolate and Choco Freez, but the later one has almost double price.
