Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

Burger King is not the best burger place anymore. This restaurant specially is not well managed. Staff is too busy in their own chit chats rather than helping customers. Need better training for staff. Cleanliness and surroundings of restaurant need better management too. Went there today at 4 pm. Waited few mins to get cashier to take my order but everyone was too busy to notice customers waiting to be helped. Hope things improve otherwise this restaurant will become a cloud kitchen for online orders.

Wait time is minimum 10 minutes here. Seating capacity is at ground floor as well as on the 1st floor. Self service is there. I still like the Crispy veg burger the most. Their sides option is a bit less and unattractive. They should add something similar to Mcpuff from Mcd. Usually not so much crowded, you'll easily get seat here. Located at "Major Mohit Sharma Rajendra Nagar" metro station, next to Bikanervala, there are other outlets here as well which includes Domino's, Nazeer's, Rolls King, Dosa Factory. You can park your vehicle outside after finding the space. Try Chocolate shake over cold drink if you want to try something different and tasty in drinks. Overall a nice place to have a piece of mind eating burgers with friends and family.

Nice food. Self service but staff is rude. They asked me to go like if i ordered something a few minutes ago and eated it am i not allowed to sit more than that so rude behaviour to ask me to go outside or order something more else

Worst experience ever they are making bad experience of burger, as staff are not so good, they are billing wrong products, add things by their own, never have colddrink to serve and if we ask for colddrink as customer no one is there to reply. All staffs are very confused. Please report this issue. Please give proper training to your staff how to treat customer's.

There staff is not have time to attend customer . I am only stand in que last 15 min but they are busy with talking each other and counting cash. Ac is off when i told to crew member no one care to customer .

The outlet is very spacious and clean. I ordered burgers for home delivery & they were very nicely packed & they had attached a sachet of hand sanitiser which was very considerate. The food got delivered within the expected delivery time.

Sometimes Ac doesn't work and leads to humidity, but for winters, it's a nice place to sit and eat. It's not a hangout place, but surely a must visit as a restaurant.

They try to avoid switching on the Air Conditioner, giving excuse of one or the another , Mr. Sajid at the counter is not at all aware how the counter works and how que works he takes order very randomly. Did not like the service and atmosphere here. Avoiding this outlet for future visits.
