I love Burger King burgers and this store is no exception. We ordered Chicken Hooper with French fries and coffee and all items were excellent. Initially we were not happy with coffee taste. After reporting that to the person on duty, they changed it. This outlet is crowded majority of time because of huge footfall in Phoenix Mall. They need to increase number of staffs to handle it. Also because of too many people, it's a noisy place.
With so much noise and crowd the counter waiter couldn't hear my order. Understand the situation was difficult but please don't lose your cool. All you need to do is retake the order. The cola machine wasn't working and they ended up giving me a burnt burger.
Can you imagine a burger without soft drinks. It was the situation today in the BK fast food. The sad part is that they didn't have a backup plan. BK team have some backup plan.
Being this outlet in Phoenix marketplace this is always crowded But the place have huge seating arrangements Apart from normal burger and fries they have the cafe option here There burgers are good but I ordered veg sticks which was not upto mark and served cold so I will skip it next time for sure Cold coffee was great
On a recent visit to a mall, we tried the King's Collection burgers from Burger King and loved them. So much that we ordered them again couple of days later, along with wifey's new favourite Chicken Wings. In the King's Collection we ordered the Fiery Chicken Burger & Tandoori Chicken Burger. The fiery chicken wasn't all that fiery to dislike it, it was very meaty and very enjoyable. The Tandoori Chicken burger was very different, liked it, smoky and chunky delicious chicken, with a mint sauce that reminded me of the one in Mc Donald's Aloo Tikki. Last time we tried, as we took a takeaway the wings travelled well and remained crispy. This time the delivery via Swiggy did not retail the crispiness that well, so disappointed a little on that. Nice place to grab a bite, really pocket friendly. Burger was nice, I won't say top of d line but it was good, taco was really nice, it cost almost half then other places and taste was superb. Liked the place. Definitely a go for next time.
Had a bad experience. Ordered double Patty chicken burger and veg burger. Cheese is extra cost. Cheese did not melt in the burger. Taste is not upto the mark. Surely it cannot beat the other brands burger taste.
