Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

There are 2 Burger King outlets in Seawood Grand Central Mall. This one is in the Underground. Here the service is okay and can be improved a lot. Food is good but once they gave a little bit burnt burger. Thus food also needs improvement and proper care.

Burger king gives you cold meal which is cancelled by any other customer and sayed that "ye pada hua tha udar tho haam ne aapko de diya" What is this misbehaviour thankyou for this your beautiful services 1st in a while i am disappointed by burger king

Pathetic staff chappal maarna chahiye inko They won't take order via pos and force you to install and use their app, while just chilling around and talking. Why is burger king even paying them a salary just install self operated kiosks for customers and throw them out. Now coming to food the burger was awful, tasteless and cold. Pepsi was nice (because obviously what could go wrong with just a drink) Fries was stale. They literally denied order for more than 4 customers including me, since i had to app i could do it and they were totally unwilling to help other customers with app layout and process.

I would like to tell that the staff of this outlet firstly don't greet the customer also smile while taking the order. When the customer ask something they should be very polite while talking to the customer. They act like this ye nahi hai milega aapko online order karna padega. They should say this very politely to the customer. When we say that we want extra sauce in burger as it taste dry then they will say nahi madam itna sauce hi aata hai. If they talk like this to the customer. I don't know how they give good service to the customer.Some of the senior manager teach them basic things that how to treat with customer.

Worst service provider ever. They said they won't take orders at order counter because they were busy cheat chatting. I don't know if that order machine was working or not or something else was reson for not taking orders I didn't ask because when I called them one of their men ver said me vo table ke scanners se order karle not even karlo , these got my very hyped write a review on these and walk out

If you wanted to buy regular meal from this outlet of burger king , they don't accept Cash payment and tell us to order online if you wanted a regular meal or even a single burger ( Chicken Crispy Burger) from their stunner menu. I clearly wanted to say , If you're not able to accept Cash payment for this types of burger or meal then don't introduce this such combos please.what if somebody Don't have a mobile phone with them for example - School students. This means that if we can't able download Burger king India app or not able to order online at that moment ,so you will not give us a single burger or a meal with Cash payment ? I genuinely think this is not good.Also the taste is not same as before and employees don't have a manner to talk with their customers

The fries aren't that great. They don't fill the fries packaging fully. Rather they keep it half empty. If you dispute they will simply deny and refuse to fill it properly. The burgers are okay. The smoothies are okayish too. The only good thing is the tandoori burger.

Burger King is now a fast growing joint as relatively cheaper than McDonald's and as good as them in taste Talking about this outlet . . . Location: Near nerul LP just outside Dy patil college along jumbo king and CCD . . Staff : Friendly polite and fast in service . . Food : This place is generally very crowded as it is a major spot for Dy patil and Sies college students . Tried a lot from here . They generally have the Rs60 for 2 veg burgers offer try it out for bigger hunger . Recommended? THE WHOPPER Shakes are quite a thick it's a personal choice not everyone likes it . Quantity good enough . They have stopped using straws and plastic cups I guess this really a good initiative while others are still using it . . . Overall a Yes for this place
