very poor service. forced me to pay for large drink when clearly a smaller and medium cups were available. when confronted started to lie claiming that other cups are not there. when i confronted using cups from other tables - no response. Despite tomato prices getting stablized, there was no tomato in whopper burger, although photos say otherwise. will never come back

It is a great place to visit with friends to hangout, first for most the atmosphere is very good, quick orders accepted, good service and warm welcomes, we ordered panner burger, meals, coke and chicken, ordered served bit delay, but they are tasty, we had great space to hangout there, with no crowd, more ever there is no crowd at all in park square Mall, you can hangout very nicely

Tried few burgers and a drink meal. Customer service needs a lot improvement, person at the counter had no interest to take orders. Tables were not clean and many people actually requested multiple times to clean it. Food was average with not much veggies or sauce.

They always have payment issue, either card payment won't work or card payment either we have to pay through cash We have to come here with 3 types of payment And the people here are very arrogant and they don't even listen carefully of customer needs, and don't care.

The person who was in cash counter was responding nice and I appreciate him. The food is good. You will also get only patty in this out let which is very yummy. I am giving two starts as the maintenance of the outlet is worst.The tables will not be cleaned properly and no one is even bothered about that too. The customer should take and keep the leftover trays to the next table. Even if the trays are taken the tables are not clean. One of the listed company should not provide this kind of service in maintenance part. This is during my visit to the outlet on 02.05.2022 @around 7.20 pm. I am posting the uncleaned tables too.

Worst people. They committed they will deliver at my place later they denied. I have arranged for a meet everything went in a mess. No communication among the burger King team Waste of money, no discipline and not customer centric

We ordered bk classic veg burger and crunchy volcano. In the burger we got no veges no tomatoes apart from lettuce and no sauce ny mayonnaise And taco was all soggy. We are regular customers we know how they used to give the burgers and taco. On asking for replacement they refused. On talking to manager also he was reluctant totally unhappy front service. Will never order from burger King especially from this outlet. No staff or manager is helpful enough.

Misleading pics in display ad screens! Not to be tried again, went there seeing some offer pics in display @149 4 price chicken wings, I thought it'll be of the size of KFC chicken but got shocked when the actual order came with tiny pieces it was 1/4th of the KFC chicken size, utterly disappointed . 300ml cold drink costed 81rs that also I doubt it wud be 300ml as the small cup was 20% empty.
