The place is huge, lighting is good, ambience is pure bliss and the taste is splendid. The chocolate shake is a perfect combination with the meal! Update : The delivery service needs to be improved, yesterday i ordered a meal and it took almost 1.5 hrs to deliver even though the location of outlet was 1.2 kms from my place. Kindly look into it.

Cheese fries not that good. Too much salty. Spoiled.. somthing wrong with the potatoes out there.. don't order. Check before you eat

Food is great but they need to work on hygiene and the dining in experience was not that good. We were told to wait for 5 min at the ordering section but there was no AC ventilation. It was difficult to wait in front of the hot kitchen. We had to take the food ourselves up 30 unclean steps just to find that people had left their dirty dishes on the table and they were not cleaned for atleast 15-20 minutes. Also saw bugs on the ordering table. Hygiene should be a priority at an eating place. Staff needs training session in handling customers.

Burger King is an American Franchise present across the globe and they try to keep their menu as per the location they are catering to. In the Indian market burgers are as per Indian taste, like the one I ordered "Veg makhani burger", patty was the same as veg burger, only thing different was the sauce they used. In short and sweet they just use different sauces for different burgers. Taste wise speaking, it's just another fast food. My order was ready even before my receipt was generated, still hot and questionably strange. It is a self service joint with seating areas just like all fast food joints like McDonald's, Domino's etc. Speaking from personal experience, cost is lesser than McDonald's but taste wise McDonald's is much better (Compared to veg crispy vs Mc aloo tikki).

Food was great Service was late But on 2nd floor, no cooling I don't know weather the AC were switched off or AC were on little bit high temperature

We visited this outlet to take one of the offer meals @99 but as per given offer they were not having soft drinks how can they put banners of offer if they are out of supply. Only fooling peoples with not providing all quantities and charging for the same. First time I was disappointed
