Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Thane, Nilje Gaon - Thane, India

Regular chicken meal is of 149 and regular veg taco meal is of 119 but at payment is paid around 500 because earlier they didn't mention that cold coffee is not included in meal they charged extra for that. On holdings they mentioned meal contains burger fries an coke. But they ask to order coffee or shake. Which she mentioned is in meal but charged extra. Feels like cheated.

The size of the burger is comparatively becoming smaller and smaller constantly. The burger lacks cheese. The staff tried add more items without completely explaining it to us and tried to fool us. The staff didn't even tried to give us the full information even though we kept asking her to do so, which made me feel like my consumer rights are being violated. It felt like the staff was trying to mislead us and the other staff members didn't bother to correct her either, which was very disappointing.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. On 8 Oct 23, I visited your Xperia palava , Dombivali branch and ordered a non-vegetarian burger from the display. I even explicitly named the burger I wanted. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and mismanagement. To my dismay, the associate named Ruhi served me a vegetarian burger instead. I only realized this after taking one bite of my burger. Naturally, I approached the counter to request a replacement, but to my surprise, Ruhi denied my request, stating that I had already taken a bite from the burger and therefore, she couldn't do anything about it. This response was both disheartening and unacceptable. It's common knowledge that mistakes can happen, and customer satisfaction should be a priority. I urged Ruhi to dispose of the burger as it was clearly not what I had ordered. Later on, the manager intervened and provided me with a replacement burger. While I appreciate the manager's intervention, I couldn't help but feel let down by the initial experience. Customer service should not be subject to such inconsistencies, especially when it involves a clear mistake on the part of the staff. I hope that Burger King takes this feedback constructively and uses it as an opportunity to improve the training and service standards at your Xperia palava, Dombivali branch. I believe that your brand can do better, and I look forward to a more positive experience in the future.

I had order thru the Burger King app The order wasn't delivered on the given time instantly took more than 1hr tried calling the store but the number was out of service Please change the number it's difficult to contact n even there is no customer care number Provided Burger King head office kindly take a look at this n fix their contact details

I have heard a lot of buzz about these place today as I was free so thought about giving a try to it. I have ordered Salsa whopper burger combo meal. 2 boxes of salsa Whopper burger with french fries topped with fresh cheese & 2 cups of pepsi. Whopper burger follows its tag line " Pet bharega ,Niyat nhi " the size of burger was enough to fullfill the hunger but the French fries was not that crunchy as expected. Overall a nice place & looking forward to try some other burgers also.

Still waiting no contact numbers work order not dispatched over 1 hour gone received cold food more than 3-4 times been a regular for years this is terrible will never order again
