Tried Burger King for the 1st time. Ambience: Very average and basic. Seats and tables need to be cleaned better. No live music. Service: The order taking time was high as there was only 1 staff. Food preparation was fast. Food: We had Mexican Chicken Whopper 3/5 Fiery Chicken Wrap 4/5 French fries 4/5 Mocha Frappe 4/5 Choco Chip Muffin 2/5 Chocolate Mousse Cup 3/5

I have been to this outlet quite a few times and my visit had been usually satisfactory, but my last visit to this outlet was not worth the while, even after repeated reminders to not add ice to my drinks, i was served Pepsi float filled with just ice cubes and some ice cream. The staff working here are just horrible and they don't pay any heed to what you say to them. There remains rush in this outlet and just because of that the staff behave rudely, not once will they give you a smile.

Burger King Kolkata offers a decent fast-food experience. The burgers were satisfactory, and the service was acceptable. However, nothing stood out as exceptional during my visit. It's an okay option if you're looking for a quick bite in the area.

I'm all in for a good burger meal. But burger King disappointed me a tad bit. The ambience and service time is great. They were ready with my order within a few minutes. But to start off with, I couldn't redeem my burger king points (1200+). I couldn't order online which means I missed out on some good deals from the app too. Now for the burgers I'm pretty sure they have good whoopers which is what made the company what it is. But I went with the cheapest burger on the menu at this outlet, a classic veg burger. That's just my way to understand if any restaurant focuses on the bottom line just as good as the top line. And honestly I'm a bit disappointed with the burger. It was bland to say the least. The fries weren't that great. They're good but not great. But overall I think the menu is affordable (meal starts at Rs 99 and burgers start at Rs 50) and I'm pretty sure their higher shelf burgers are better. For instance I had the chicken makhani burger in the Burger King outlet @ city centre 1 mall and it was pretty great. So recommendation would be to stay clear of the veg burger. You can definitely go with whoopers. Also avoid fries if you can. They have good ice cream and smoothies.

Went to this outlet for the first time. It's very crowded because of the location. The man counter suggested us to order online for offers which was pretty good. We had a good time. Food was okay. Didn't like the bun of burger it was saugy. CC1 outlet is better that this.

Burger King Esplanade offers a decent fast-food experience with a variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Their Royal Paneer burgers and Mango shake are a must-try. However, the service can be slow at times, and the prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall, a decent option.

Visited this particular outlet for the first time. Service is ok. AC was working really well in this summer. No parking available.

The interiors are beautiful and it's really spacious. I like the hospitality of the staffs and the service was quick. One can find a lot of options to choose from, be it in veg or non-veg . We've ordered 1) Veg combo which includes french fries and coke. 2) Veg burger. A quick suggestion, before placing order please do check offers/visit their website or else it can cause you a lot of money!
