Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Chhata Rural, Nabipur - Mathura, India

This is located in Kosi Kalan, Mathura district. This is located on NH 19 from Delhi to Mathura road. There have a low sitting capacity otherwise there compound area a very big.

Poor customer service. The staff here are full of attitude and they looks like they are always ready to shoe off the customers. I would recommend the owner to sit there for few days and see to it. 5 star ratings are mainly from the staff who had given themselves.

I had been a lover of Chicken Whopper, ordered here via drive thru. They delivered such an below average whopper that i really wanted to go to restaurant and log an complaint in the customer complaint register. But due to my 10 month old kid , couldn't move out of the car. First the chicken patty was over cooked and when it comes to filling, just an small cabbage and mayo. It seemed like 80 rupees burger. Never ever stopping at this burger king again in my life..

This place does not exist- no burger king here. Do not come here. Edit: location on google maps is incorrect. It is located on the highway. Food is good.

There's a serious issue with the management at this place. The staff lack professionalism for sure. PS: I am tired of hearing, the staff is new. I am a frequent visitor at this restaurant but they don't show any sign of improvement. Although, the staff have been changed around 2-3 times. During my recent visit, this is what I have experienced: The menu display of burger cafe were intentionally kept off. On asking why the staff replied there's a mismatch in the prices on the menu and the system which i found to be totally baseless. Actually, i think the staff is not yet trained properly for the cafe and they avoid to entertain the burger cafe menu. This was derived from the cold coffee that they served which was pathetic. Also, i have also experienced unavailability of raw materials like lettuce, whipped cream etc quite often. Well that's for sure this branch is not at all operating according to the burger king standards. I hope the management will look into this and do the needful.

Place is good, burgers are also tastyy.. butt the problem is I can't able to see this oulet on burger king app niether on the website. Not able to place online orders.. You have to go first there then have to wait for the order... Disappointing..
