Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Gwalior - Gwalior, India

Food Quality: Burger King at DB City Mall's food court is a fantastic fast food stop. I opted for the veg whopper, which arrived promptly. The burger was generously sized and had an impressive seven layers. Its taste was simply awesome, and it exuded a fresh and inviting aroma. Ambience and Cleanliness: The location was well-maintained, presenting a neat and clean environment. This added to the overall positive experience of dining at Burger King. Service: The staff at this outlet was excellent, displaying a helpful and friendly attitude throughout my visit. Their service contributed to making my time there enjoyable.

I recently visited the Burger King outlet in Gwalior, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few aspects that left me somewhat disappointed. Firstly, I was not pleased with the requirement to download the app for certain orders. It would have been more convenient to place orders directly at the counter. Secondly, I believe there's room for improvement in the quality of the food. I expected a higher standard from Burger King, and some items fell short of my expectations. Additionally, I have reservations about the authenticity of the online reviews and star ratings. During my visit, I witnessed a staff member manipulating ratings by using customers' phones without their consent, which raises questions about the credibility of the posted reviews. Despite these concerns, the overall experience was okay, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better dining experience in the future.

I ordered 6 burgers but I got only 3 burgers instead of 6, after that I was trying to connect with burger king team but they were not picking up my phone, I was continuously trying to reach them for about 30 minutes After 30 mins one of the member from burger king picked up my call and he did not help me and was very rude instead they accept their mistake they was arguing with me and blaming the delivery boy for this...!!!

Burger King counter staff at DB mall, refused to give me only Cheese Hi Fries and told me that it can only be delivered when it's a meal combo. I wonder how can someone justify it, when I require fries only why to I have to take a full meal.

The worst managed burger King in india... Randomly removing mi order from queue and also not apologizing for same .. snatching bill from my hand to shamelessly ending interaction.. making me wait for 10 to 20 minutes without a single apology just to make his turnaround time look good

Burger king is best place to eat , its affordable its quick and food here is tasty af, do try there wraps they are amazing and don't forget to eat peri peri fries

See This place is not to be Compared to McDonald's... Rest have Fun with the dishes.. One bad thing is that U must have all the options to be ordered on the store...Becoz there are some items that can only be through the App...

For the last 3 months I was observing reviews about you, which are not very encouraging to pay any visit. But nevertheless I managed to visit u today to get a whooper. To my surprise, after getting my order placed, I saw almost everybody had some issues regarding their orders. Staff seemed clueless, hopeless, running around trying more to correct issues then competing orders. I have visited scores of your outlets across India, but frankly speaking this is the worst product i ever had. Irrespective of paying for extra cheese I got a single slice and a number of essential ingrediants are missing. It was surprising to see customers were instructing the cooks to add the ingredients that they have paid for. It seems that u people are taking full advantage of your brand and availability. Please upgrade your standards before it is too late.
