Worst service ever had of burger king. First of all there were no employee on counter to take order and after the order placed they didn't provide copy of bill due to machine doesn't work. As compared to Mumbai outlets the taste of the burgers and the quality is far superior over here. I had the makhni burger meal starting around 100 rupees. The price of the burger and the meal are different. Burger alone costs 50 rupees so it's better to get a meal in which you get french fries and coke or you can swap it with coffee. The staff is helpful and will explain you the combos and details nicely. There is ample seating arrangement although I think only around 30-40 people can sit comfortably. The parking space is available right in front of the outlet but it will depend on time of the day you visit. Place is quite new and so well maintained. All in all visit it for the quality of the food and the service they are providing.

The food is great for which I gave 1 star. But the staff is so rude & bad. On every table they pasted stickers of free veg crispy burger on puchase of 209. I purchased for 491, still they denied offer. Initially They promised to give. They will make every possible excuse and try to loot u by upsell. Neetesh, Shift manager didn't even had decency to own and deliver what was promised. Saving 1 burger cost seems more precious to Burger King than customer delight. BK can compete on products but on service delight, they are too far that McD.
They are not paying attention on the parcel order there is not enough vegetables, cheese, sauce etc. compare to other burgers that's not good please pay attention!!
