They don't care to take orders... gives rude answers to customers.... The guy at the counter was chatting with his friends and didn't care to take other orders
This branch of Burger King is one of the best burger king I have ever visited. The staff while taking order from us never feel irritated and just explain every single details of offers and order , main thing they are so polite towards their customers. As soon they take our order they make us to wait maximum 6 to 8 minutes to get our order ready. They serve so neatly and if you ask for extra sauce packets or tissues they never say no, they always provide you want you want. The burgers or the French fries never seems to be soggy while they serve it to you. Overall I would like to give 5 on 5 for this branch of Burger king.
Worst outlet for ordering online. Ordered from swiggy as my cheat meal, I myself got cheated. They sent potato corn burger in the name of paneer royal. Paid for paneer burger. They didn't want to rectify their mistake. This is the second time they have sent wrong burger. Delivery boy was nice and on time. But this was my last order from this place. MC Donald's is far better.
I'm not a fast food fan. I do not like to eat out either. But here I was, hungry. So I thought I would eat a burger from the king instead of the usual McD. So I entered and I ordered for a Kheema Burger, coke and some fries. I was alone, I treated well by the staff. I sat on a table and the minute i dug my teeth into the burger my eyes widened. But, second time didn't had a welcoming experience as there was rush!! Moral of the story is visit these place during non peak hours to be treated well.
Food in picture doesn't match with end product, price listed is base price(just bun n patty), add ons are extra. Staff need training, doesn't know wat they're doing.

Worst service. Cancelled service after I waited for more than an hour... Read more for the whole story! I ordered a veg burger at 10:40 PM yesterday. I get a call from swiggy that the qsr has denied serving the order because it is 12 PM! What the hell? I could have ordered from somewhere else if this was the case. Btw, the delivery guy had reached the place well before 12 AM, which was there closing time!
Actually Sunday I had been to burger King the cashier lady in the counter is very rude to the customers she is giving back answer so that we don't have change . She shouldn't be so rude many other customer were there because she had placed a wrong order
