Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Muzaffarnagar, Bhandura - Muzaffarnagar, India

I really like the hospitality of the staff working there. Once I went there at around 10 pm and this is usually the time it closes. Still the staff opened the place for a couple of mins just so that i could order a meal. Although I must say that the thick shakes here are not as thick as they are at other Burger Kings.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shekhar, the order staff. His lack of attentiveness and responsiveness was highly unsatisfactory. Despite filling our drinks ten minutes ago, our burger was not ready to be served. This greatly diminished the enjoyment of the cold drinks. Furthermore, when we asked for ice cream, Shekhar completely ignored our request. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of customer care, especially when we came with our family. Shekhar seemed uninterested in attending to customers at all. Instead of completing our order, he started taking new orders and did not return until all the orders were taken. It would have been more appropriate for him to seek support from other staff members. Overall, this experience has left a lot to be desired in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction.

All burgers are very nice and ambience is really nice. It's a complete place

Well maintained, tasty grill chicken served. 8 Grill chicken cost Rs 261 including tax. Burger King located inside the mall, near the entrance. Seating was good and service also very professional.

The best and hygenic place in muzaffarnagar for full enjoyment and fun. Burgers are value for money.

I visited the place with my family it's an good place to dine in with family and friends. All burgers are nice in taste. Good
