Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

There is nothing new or old about the recipes in these kind of restaurants , I mean including KFC and Mc D. They have the same standard recipe all over. Food is good , no doubt. But the reason I gave a two star rating to this particular branch is, I stay in the next building to Burger king , more than 10 times in last 2 months, I walked in the restaurant to order food , get a answer saying no cola and I walked away to the next restaurant KFC. What do you expect people to drink after a heavy meal , juice or a milk shake rather than a fizzy drink. So people if you want to eat burgers and wings with a tea , coffee or a milk shake you can some here , if you want the same food with a cola go the next building, you have a KFC.

Yesterday i went to this store in GSM Mall and ordered food. (Afternoon around 2 PM sharp). The lady at billing counter was not informing about food item details and added. During payment, we observed and asked to clear, she become rude and saying not possible to remove item and i don't say about details before and told do whatever you want. This is disgusting and i want to talk to manager of that store, nobody responded. Advice to management is, teach basic manners to your staff. We decided not to go this store again. Food quality is just ok.

I recently visited these Burger King and was disappointed with my experience. The burger and fries I ordered were both incredibly soggy and didn't meet my expectations. The only redeeming factor was the Pepsi I had, which was refreshing

Every time no cool drinks available. I went to 3 outlets at different locations. It seems they are doing it purposefully. They won't provide any replacement as well. Not at all good experience.

This joint is good and the staff and the manager are very good but today the bk joint has a new rule that NO PEPSI or DRINk takeway is allowed nor there is any Tin Can available. You have to drink in a reusable glass inhouse. The point is post covid who is using reusable glasses. Stop this non sense and provide disposable glasses.

Food is delicious and the prices are in affordable range. I tried Chicken double crispy with berry blast shake, tastes very good. On suggestion from store members tried junior chicken whooper. Tastes good

I was ordered Veg Whooper burger along with Coke meal and made a payment.Before my order gets delivered, i thought to take the shake(I need to make an extra 90/- rupees on previous bill)instead of coke. Even I am ready to make the extra payment, they are denied to replace my order. Lady over there who represent as manager not accepting this. I comprised my self and taken the previously ordered meal. At the end , I am not satisfied with this after wasted my 15-20 minutes. Customer satisfaction is important if you run the business. Behaviour of staff not good but the ordered meal taste is good.

GSM Food Court @ Floor 3, has an outlet of Burger King which was Opened recently. As usual it has its own unique style of food varieties. We had from here crispy veg supreme, crispy veg wraps, fries, chicken fry and veg strips. Of those fries and strips are tasty and worthy. Remaining were good. Pricing reasonable.
