I would give 0 stars but there is not an option worst customer service ever they make you wait 25-30 mins for your order abd the staff dont listen to you they all are busy back there doing nothing, they will do everything but listen to you
We were here at this place at midnight and since this was the only place we stopped here and ordered for burger meal and chicken pieces. Burger was fine but the bucket of crispy and grilled chicken wings was horrible. Just by looking at the bones and how it tasted you could tell that this was not fresh at all. Felt like I should not have stopped here. Good that we did not end up with bad stomach the next day.
I would give it 0 stars but that's not possible so I give it a 1. staff is rude and place is dirty. They billed us extra for condiments even after we specifically told them we dont want it and refused to refund us for it. They only enter your order as ready to pick up and remove it after 2 mins only for the database that's going to track their progress. Order wasn't ready for 25 minutes after they displayed it to be ready. And they rudely shouted at us to go sit and wait for the food. Food is average. They served it half cold and half hot.
Situated in Yelahanka, this Burger King Joint is unlike it's counter parts in Bangalore. It has a quite and a peaceful surrounding, although the joint itself is quite noisy due to crowd and it's customers. The area has been kept neat and tidy. Hygienic conditions are maintained in the kitchen as also in the surroundings. The kitchen is open and visible. I don't need to stress upon the quality and variety of cuisine available, as they are well known. In case you pass by, this is a good place for a quick bite.
The burgers are okay. Patties and bread are nice but the sauce ruins the Burgers taste. Feels very stale, totally overpowers the taste of everything else. Also, They should not be putting sauce over the fries without asking customers.
I loved the chocolate thick shake and quantity is quite better, need to improve the taste of the fries, Overall experience is quite good
Horrible staff, writing the review after 2 days of pathetic service in a row. Yesterday evening the lady on the counter talks to customers as if we are her servants and she is doing us a favor by taking orders. Doesn't even talk to kids properly. Today morning, came for breakfast again as my son insisted on having burger. 450RS and I get a special burger with one patty, one slice of cheese and one onion ring. This is the so called burger that they serve for around 220 each WARNING- DO NOT ASK FOR TISSUES, STAFF GIVES A LOOK AS IF YOU ASKED THEIR KIDNEY
