Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

My recent dine-in experience at Burger King surpassed my expectations. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere, combined with prompt and attentive service, created a delightful dining environment. This is located on the ground floor of VVIP MALL. this is the only outlet of burger King in Raj Nagar extension Ghaziabad. The taste is good as in the name of burger king. The only thing management needs to improve the cooling system. today it's very difficult to sit down for a while,as the cooling system was not effective.and water drops from the top AC unit. Paid parking of Mall available in basement.

I just ordered veg and non veg burgers and a crunchy taco. First of all they sent veg and non veg items in a single bag. And about food, crunchy taco was soggy taco and the taco shell smelled of oil. Whopper burger had nothing inside it except for patty, a drop of sauce in middle, half a slice of onion and some pieces of iceberg lettuce. There was no gherkin, no jalapenos which was clearly mentioned online. And there was veg burger which had nothing but patty and a drop a sauce. And same goes with non veg burgers. I don't know how they got 4.4 star rating here. They don't deserve a single star.

The place is good to go to if you need budget food. But in spite of ordering from the counter instead order from the burger king app. As on the counter they would suggest you various unnecessary meals and add-ons but rather when you order through the app using the dine in option they not only provide some freebies but also reward you crowns which you can use to order items for free.

I'm giving only 2 Star that reason is I'm not happy with food taste and other things. Everyone have different teste may be all of love burger King/McDonald's. I says McDonald's is better for everything as compared for meals.

Their services are just worst. The staff is always so confused and Never pay proper attention to the customers. The manager should literally look after this thing ! I would really suggest that don't visit the store of BK at vvip mall.

It's a new outlet. Good food , good service , good seating area & good hygiene.Located on ground floor of VVIP Mall in Raj Nagar Extension. Good for a quick bite.

Very pathetic at VVIP Gzb, i visited this place 5 to 6 time, everytime the Cashier Sheetal confused us and convert our 2 normal meals into 2 high ranged meal and baad me ki sir maine ye wala combo bana dia tha wo wala bana diya tha, ab aapko jo extra Pepsi, Coffee chahye uska pay krdo. Atleast 3 to 4 times she cheated us. VERY CONFUSING GIRL, NOT FIT FOR THE PLACE OF CASHIER.Never provide BILL. Please appoint good staff or trained them.
