Burger King - Fast food restaurant in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

The food here is fine. That's about it. The ambience isn't maintained. The tables are not clean. The staff are quite arrogant while taking order. When I try to order a combo, they said Pepsi isn't available and asked us to take shakes by paying extra. We denied and ordered normally but later pepsi was served to some other customer. Such cheap tricks to make customers order more. The whole experience felt third class to me. I don't recommend this outlet for dine-in.

The name says it all Burger 'King' . I will recommend the Tandoori Chicken Burger with an extra cheese slice in it, and ofcourse the all time favourite Veg Patti burger. We also ordered Chicken wings but to be honest I will not recommend that, or was very bad in taste. Very reasonable price, service time may be improved but overall was a good experience and no compromises on the food quality.

Highly disappointed with the service, they are not opening the outlet on time. Right from 11 am i was waiting and getting same answer from staff that they'll open outlet in next 1 hour later half and hour and they made me wait for so long time. Later i left the outlet with my family with utmost disappointment and embarrassment. This happened 6 days ago. No matter how good the food is if you cant cater the food on time. I won't blame the staff. I blame the management for poor punctuality of the staff.

Definitely a don't go to place. Earlier I used to go a lot but in the recent times they're running out of drinks like coke and sprite. When we visited yesterday billing guy might be high I guess. If we need a drink only milkshake )as I mentioned they ran out of beverages other than milkshakes) we need to purchase meal that too if we don't need milkshake then we need to buy burger and fries separately which is awful. I guess this is how most popular food chains run when they're too busy. NO WAY!!!

Staff not active not responding properly not following sequence food nd give warm cold food service store manager not active she not cordinate with team . My order no 306 she doesn't not give my order but in display my order picked Store manager name Puneema nd one more guy also he there black sheet both are not informed to customer please have set it's take time but are not following startand... worst experience in forum Mall never to come this outlet ...

Yummy yummy burgers are available in this store... I like the crispy chicken burger here because it is too yummy with that crunchy flavour.... But the only bad experience which I had here is, Pepsi is not available most of the time... Though you order for a burger meal, Pepsi is not available instead they will give chocolate milkshake which is the most horrible combination ever had...

This franchise is no more different than other brands like Mc Donalds and KFC. Just with their names and combos which doesn't really seem appeling. The service here went very bad and this Is what we never expect from them. There was long line and the couter next they just say take the other couter and the third one wasn't working. Ordered for 2 egg burgers and softys. Waited around 15 minutes and after I said too look over the burgers behide they handed me those telling we didnt see. There response too didnt reply give that hospitality and respect to the customers. Expect them to learn much from the other branches or franchies how to handle a custome first and then how to handle too many customers then.

i orderes through swiggy one crispy burger and one crispy burger + fries which makes 2 burgers and medium fries for the price of 221 rupees they clearly marked in the bill for the 2 burgers and place only one burger and fries when called no response at all so disgusting and lame and in return they are telling me that they will send me the screen shot of the order while being packed such a scum bags and i waited for 48 min just to get disappointed
