One of the know third party inspection agency. The office infrastructure is very nice, located just few minutes from C- cross road Andheri. Takes around 15 min to reach from Andheri station.
The company does various international audits, they deliberately identify more and more NCs without considering facts. The communication and feedback is the worst. Very egoistic staff found reluctant to speak on phone. They never give correct and complete information. Very irresponsive. They impose unnecessary follow up Audits. Earn money through follow up Audits. Least bother about the business losses of others. Unprofessional.
The place is a big company house where in there are numerous companies set up with different domains. Just that the connectivity from the prime railway stations and metro stations is quite far and it is challenging to travel till this place. Talking about the company, it cares about its employees and is a good place to work in.
training was conducted satisfactorily but its more than a month now i have been chasing the training department coordinator for the certificate, which should have reached me in by now. no reverts for the followups being done its really a very disappointing experience from an organisation of this size. it would be great if any responsible person from the team can tell me when/if this will be resolved?
Good place for work but if you are from harbor line then it's too far for you and reaching gonna take many modes of transportation. Autos, railways, bus all in one way trip. And similarly again while coming back. Be well prepared for this hectic travelling. Whereas if you are from Western line then the travelling time cuts down
