The rooms and washrooms are really dirty and there are no latches in the washroom. flush was also not working.
I have asked for refund but they do not provide any refunds to me and also were very rude as in i am doing some crime by booking their property or showing them the reality check.
I would not recommend any traveller to book these rooms.
This is a no frills hotel. You just get a room and a bathroom.
Rooms were not cleaned properly. Entire room smelled like the bathroom, because it wasn't cleaned properly.
Rooms are not properly swept and mopped.
The location is amazing, right on mall road.
Driving is not recommended. Paid Parking is km away.
Staff is friendly, but not at reception most of the time. Could use some training.
Check in process is not smooth.
If the rooms were cleaned properly, I would recommend for those on a budget.

our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The uncooperative owner, smelly rooms, and dirty bathrooms made our experience unpleasant. The exorbitant price we paid did not match the quality of service and cleanliness of the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Don't ever go to this place even if they lower their price not recommended and also these guys they don't take you seriously , they just want money. Money will also not refunded.

It's a good or affordable hotels on the prime location near Mall road.
I didn't like people smoking outside the room.
Suggestions - try to book offline you'll get best deals or you can visit there and look for the room you might get better room at the same price range.
Rooms were well maintained. No food and water is not available all the time. If u want a place to crash at night with friends then it's the best and the cheapest.

Great place to stay especially for budget travellers. This is more of a hostel with bunk beds rather than a hotel; as suggested by the name. It's located exactly at the centre of mall road, next to the Trolley stand. Walkable distance (200m) to the legendary Kalsang Restaurant. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Washrooms are a bit small & cleanliness was a bit compromised.

Cafe Hinge is the finest cafe in mussoorie. Food taste is top notch their Nutella hot chocolate and Banana chocolate waffle pasta chilli cheese toast are must try.. definitely must visit this cafe when in mussoorie.
