The best thing is the food... Every meal is delicious.. location is perfect... With a clean swimming pool.. rooms are too good and friendly staff
We had booked this property for a days stay on a Saturday. Due to the significant high demands on the weekend and glitches on the the Make my trip app, our confirmed booking (for which the money was debited from my account) did not go through to the property. Soon after the owner calls us and tells us we will have to cancel the booking from MMT (a booking which read zero refund if cancelled) as they did not have availability at their property. This left us pretty agitated as we will just a night away from checking into that property, surely none of us really wanted to be stranded in Matheran without a room on a rainy day. The owner of Panorama hotel (after of a couple of phone call exchanges) was very kind enough to understand our problem and give us a voucher for a similar stature property instead not letting us forever scouting a room and waiting for the refund - he saved us all that trouble. Although, we did not stay at this property, this humbling gesture of owner going out of his way to help us was really heart warming. Kudos to you sir, more power to what you do. :)

We were here on the Penultimate day of 2022 and booked a non-ac room. The room was decent. The owner of the property is humble and made sure that, we have an amazing experience in his stay. He and his staff are too good in terms of serving their customers. To reach this property, you must know that the Bungalow resort Panorama is different from Panorama hotel and you must tell your horse rider, specifically about the Panorama resort to reach here. The location is near the Matheran Railway station and sunset point. The lunch provided by the resorts team was tasty.
Best place to visit in Matheran, excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you Vijaybhai and staff, surely will make a another trip plan.
