Hawells induction taken & got product has failed & bundelkhand not taking serious for replacement
Although it is one of the biggest electronics shop but the products are mostly overpriced. Even if you compare it with the online price, it can have a difference of about 10-15% which is really high and not acceptable in this competitive market where online ordering is so easy. Further, the owner has abrasive personality. I don't feel like buying anything from there, if you want to buy something that is there in display, you can just look at the them and then order online. One can save money as well as self-respect.
Do not buy anything from here..They are giving the worst services to the customers. After selling the product they are like we don't know who you are? The owner doesn't even know the way to talk. I bought the bed from their store and they gave the damaged ply which is of no use and to replace it they took over 20 days. Even a local carpenter can do a better job than them.
Best shop in Bundelkhand region and original products provided as per choice and very kind nature by staff .
Sales executives are not so experienced they can't elaborate the features of product and rates are also too high
