Nice experience visiting the shop, the staff is very helpful and attentive, ready to explain and provide advice. Their communication with customers could improve - at times I had to follow up on specific design things and it took quite some time for them to get back to me or to set up a call to discuss. Overall quite happy with my purchase (Surly custom built), but after riding it for a few months, I know I should've got a second opinion since some of the components were suboptimal and have not worked well with the setup (tubeless is not really tubeless). Acknowledging that it was all done remotely, so some things were hard to figure out during the planning process and even harder to get, however their recommendations could have been better informed. Recommended, but double-check the setup and design

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Ahish took the time to explain the features of the Trek Marlin 7 in great detail, ensuring I made an informed decision. Not only did he assist me with choosing the right accessories for my new bike, but he also shared valuable tips on how to maintain it for peak performance. I will be visiting soon for periodic services and bootcamps.

Amazing experience buying my first road bike from BUMS ON THE SADDLE. Their guidance helped me to choose the bike without much hassle. I choose Specialized Allez E5 disc sport . Thumbs up to their service & experience.

Nice place, nice salesmen-very good at their job. I was looking to spend around Rs. 70k but walked out at Rs. 120k. Came that day and purchased because I was told several times, "Giant sale is over today," which turned out not to be true. Fine, but the bike I bought really wasn't the bike I was looking for. Felt a little talked into the bike rather than offered options. Didn't even realize until bike was nearly done being set up that other color options were available. In addition, bike was just too much. About Rs. 20k more than the cost in the USA. Ended up buying another bike from SHAH bikes, a local Scott dealership in Yelahanka. The Scott bike was Rs. 50k less than the cost for the same bike in the USA. Just not really happy with this large purchase. Thank you for the response. I think I would be happier with the Giant Contend AR for the exact same price I paid. Simply would have liked to know this bike was an option as it seems more suited to the kind of riding I want to do here. Any chance of an exchange?

had a horrible experience. bought a bicycle rack for around 23,000/-. before buying i asked them if it's compatible with my car and i was told yes. the damn thing was not compatible and the company refused to help me out in any way. basically eventually I asked so should I throw it in the dustbin and their reply was "I understand. Thank you for working with us to come to a resolution. It's unfortunate that I've hit the limits of what is possible at my end to support you." please be a little vary of buying things from them specially high ticket stuff

Serviced My MTB schwinn frontier sport here as it was not used for last 2 yrs. Total service cost with spares was anywhere between INR 19_20k. THE Bike Mechanics were the best in the city, where as the receptionist " heavily accented Aaish" who receive the customers in reception pursues to sell the stuff which isn't required for many. REMEMBER This is high-end bicycle shoppe where u get premium bikes for pedaling. EVERY PART on your bicycle is expensive and run for a long time. Please service your bike regularly so that it will be in good shape on any given day. The owners of this cycleshop should teach the receptionist to speak in local language "Kannada" to the Local folks who visits the shop. AFTER listening to his heavily accent english "NO One will try to purchase a bicycle here " I swear . MY SCHWINN MTB VISITED 4 _6 SERVICE SHOPS IN 4 different metropolitan cities in southern india. But never saw this kinda of service Associate/ receptionist who doesn't give a damn about what are customer requirements. On any given day when you visit the store , They don't switch on the fans on a dubious sunny day.." No traces of Ceiling fan or Pedestal fans in the premises. Also there is not a single chair available in the store. My word for your team "Plz stop sending emails to review your spare products which were fixed on the bike . I pedalled " ALL THE WAY FROM OTHERSIDE of the city to Jayanagar is only for the best in class services you provided for cyclits since a decade in Bengaluru. BE THE BEST and be humble. ALL you need is more empathy and customer centric service.
