Its not like any conventional gym and if you can commit to yourself for fitness and stick to Bull neck fitness it will be one of your best decisions. It will defintely take your fitness to the next level. I have personally seen tremendous change in my fitness level which more than 10yrs of regular gymming couldnt deliver. It took me a lil while to get adjusted to the environment as i wasn't used to such unconventional way of workout but now its become my second home. The coach is super nice, super friendly yet super strict when it comes to workout. You wouldn't regret coming to BNF. Totally recommend it!!!!

B.N.F or known as Bull Neck Fitness is the best place I have seen for Cross fit. It's is easily noticeable and is worth the price you pay. Over here there are many types of activities done which you would probably never see in the gym's. They do activities like , skipping, tyre flipping, Battle rope, rope climbing, heavy weight lifting, hammer down, etc. Coming here for 3 months and the difference between the older you and the new you will be noticeable.
What should I say about BNF now. Okay let's start firstly the owner and coach Mr. Tanmay is super friendly and keeps everyone motivated. The only gym where I think I have stuck around for the longest due to proper coaching and transformation that I have seen in myself. Environment is super friendly feels like home. Guys u should definitely try BNF.

Tanmay parai will personally see to it you become stronger and fitter day by day. He believes in hard work and dedication and if you have it in you, you will def become a beast under him.
