Instrument handling, Resistance training to freehand workout and cardio exercises, all movements are properly instructed and well supervised by the trainer. Fast and effective weight loss or weight gain trainings as well as diet suggestions are being provided. Equiped with great and proper equipments to workout with. Anyone and anybody can join here to get their hopes fullfilled with visible progress..

One of the best gym with bestest trainer. Amazing equipments with neat & clean gestures all over. Hands down, best choice I have ever made training at this gym. This is a very well equipped and spacious gym with a very lovable, professional trainer. You'll be looked after and given proper care no matter what situation you are in. He will customize the workout regime according to your goals whether it be getting lean or be more muscular or lose weight. The subscription is also reasonable enough. 1000/- a month for boys and 800/- a month for girls with extra discounts on quarterly, half yearly and yearly memberships. I am part of this gym for 5-6 months now and haven't faced any issues at all. Hence I feel the 5 review is well justified.

The coach at BUILD MUSCLE, Birati named Sayantan Saha is always available to teach,correct and simply to motivate. Treasure his advise and I am putting it to use long after checking out here.He is professional, cooperative, wise ,humble and encouraging person.He also helps me to make my diet plan, and to follow it, he maintains his gym very clean ,tidy and fresh. Spending an hour in the gym is a feeling of refreshment and joy.He is very passionate towards his work,always smiling and courteous, instills a feeling of relaxation and harmony that are the right notes to feel at ease. Nice place,full of machinery for a perfect gym, excellent service. Overall highly recommended . I can assure you if you aren't a gym person or won't feel like gymming at all ,come here you will get motivated to such an extent that you not only see your desired results but also become a gym freak or may be an upcoming bodybuilder too.....

Very nice gym, unlike other gyms the trainer, Babai Da is super dedicated to training and guides us. Just as someone earlier rightly said earlier in one of the 5 star reviews, even if you are not into fitness, you will be and might get addicted to it.
