Food wasn't bad but had to ask the staff to serve us the buffet like 20 times. We were served the dishes once and for all and had to ask to repeat it many times but still didn't get it. When told the manager to please repeat the snacks... he simply said,"What else is left to serve you?" He was busy on his phone because chatting on phone was more important than attending the guests... At last we got up to eat our main course and the plates were very dirty too... i have so many things to mention and say but I would cut it short by saying, "Do not ever visit this place ever."

Disappointing experience at Punjab Buffet! The staff misguided us, the service was incredibly poor, and we had to demand our buffet food more than 10 times before it was served. Buffet Punjab is a reasonable buffet restaurant in Ludhiana, it's sort of a hidden gem in sector 32 Chandigarh road. All the preparations are nice. The food is good. The service is good. The staff is so cooperative. They serve a wide range of starters before you go for your final meal. Whenever you're hungry and just wanna eat good food with a reasonable price, buffet Punjab is the right place.

Worst experience ever... service is very bad... manager wasn't attending... and the owner was sitting in the back and still didn't bother to correct the staff.

Good experience in a fabulous place, many historical artifacts and books there. Food was ok, good variety, but could have been a much better. Not too much traffic near it, but location is kind of isolated. Not much variety in desert, but ice cream was delicious. Overall, I give it a 3/5.

We arranged our group party last Sunday and experience is really HORRIBLE... Not a good place for parties. My whole group of 17 persons, disliked and disapproved it for future get together. Hospitality was really disgusting and manager's behavior was very cheap.

We were planning for the party here .. but after having the dinner here... we regret our decision... the service is pathetic... never visit here ..
