In That Have a very peacefull silence...And good place for doing meditation

A peaceful place in university campus and well built. Its a shame that people who use this place are making one hell of a mess by littering. There are seating arrangements around the tree, near the lawns and people have made the edge of the compounds a dump yard. People have food in the shadow of the tree and throw away the garbage right there, people celebrate birthdays and throw away cakes, candles, plastics right there. It may help to have more waste bins around the place and penalise people who litter.
