A nice place for people who like to go for walks. But tHe park is not well maintained.Grass is not trimmed and there is litter at some places.Actually no authority is there to look after the park.It is maintained by local people living around the park.The authorities should get this park cleaned and we'll maintained .They should provide games like slides for children in the park.There is also no lights provided for night time. Good place to relax, unwind & be amidst nature.Lots of families come there to enjoy. visit.
Nice park maintained by local people's. Good for walking and exercises. U can also do the light gym. all equipment available in the park.
That's true it's not being maintained, but it is worth noticing that people who made it into a nice park are not supported.
Besides, the neighbouring houses are least bothered about cleanliness. Although there's a board fixed outside clearly asking people not let their pets take a walk inside, but still they do. Also I know it's easy to pinpoint but difficult to act upon. If those people are residing nearby this park then plz contribute some effort in maintaining it.
Picking flowers is another thing that I notice everyday here, but nobody takes the initiative of watering the plants. Everyone wants fruit not the toil.
The park can be better if it was well maintained. No authority looks after it which is a problem. Stray animals are casually living there and even attacking on some people. The outer boundaries are very small in length and any stray dog can come inside. Recently some people couldn't walk in garden because of stray cows. Also grass isn't trimmed, lights are very few. Thanks to all those people who actually take care of the park in absence of committee doing it.
Nice space but required more maintenance
We were among those few people who shaped it and named it as Buddha Park. It's still feels the same as it used to be earlier. Though a little maintenance would entirely change the facade of this park.

This is really one great society in Kharar. Near to bus stand and good area to live. Roads are wide and not any parking issues outside. Not too much crowded. Recommend place.
