Well maintained park, good for kids but garbage is thrown in front of park

Please don't call it a PARK. It is a Private Park as it is always locked. By the way it is no safe for kids. It is kind of open please right beneath the water tank. I see a new board since yesterday MINERA !! Please ensure park is opened for public. It is not meant to be used for neighbors only.
