Surroundings not clean. Very basic amminities . Curtains etc . not upto standard .Room large and clean . Bathroom water pressure low . Shower doesn't work , no soap . Food very ordinary. Even no biscuits or omelets. Staff friendly and tries to help but not backed up by probably owner . On the whole will not come back as is now Manager said they plan to renovate .

A nice place to stay with your family. Not like other so called Resorts, not at all horribly painted , like other Resorts. You could feel the nature while staying here, a feeling of staying in a village. {#So called some ultra mod people (shhure baabu) may not cope with the natural ambience of this place.}

Good Property but not well maintained, service poor, Rainy days be cautious as forest insects and all come to the rooms. Could not sleep whole night due to red ants on bed.

This is a small recreational village type place. Excellent place for short trip specially for nature lovers. Food quality is excellent . Serene and beautiful place . You will get a true village essence. Rooms are fantastic . Car parking facility- yes . Mobile network - yes . Price - ok . The staffs are extremely friendly and professional. The entire property is very clean. I would like to visit again .

It's a beautiful place in the lap of the nature. Only 7 kms from Illambazar and 12 Kms from Bolpur Santiniketan. It's situated in the jungle and anyone will love it . If people want to spend their quality time then must for them. Lodging fooding available here .

Very bad infrastructure and food to start I was in the ground floor while my friends in the room above me. When someone walked a bit too fast or if someone jumped, the whole roof would start shaking and we thought the roof would fall off. The lighting didn't work properly The ACs didn't work in some rooms There were no set top boxes in some rooms The only thing good about the place was the look and the bathroom. I wouldn't suggest it at all if someone wants to go for some peace and quiet and some time away from city life.

Detailed Review: The property is located close to Bhorer Alo resort. Its a rustic place and very poorly maintained. There is no reception or structured check-in process. They dont maintain a register either. And they did not ask for any ID proof either. The rooms must have been good when it was setup initially and now they have decayed. The bathrooms are so and so. We visited in Aug 2019 for a day's stay and we were disappointed that we did not stay at Bhorer Alo which is some 100 metres before Bubahat and much better maintained. Had we known earlier we probably would have gone for Bhorer Alo. The entire resort is run in an amateur manner. Some people might like it. We did not. At least not for the price which we paid. The price at the resort is Rs. 2000 per day for a normal room with double occupancy. The price which Yatra charged us was Rs. 6200. This being a monsoon season, mosquitoes are rampant and please carry odomos if you plan to visit. There is absolutely no mobile signal in the resort. And they don't have Wifi either. Again this is something which might be liked and preferred by someone who wants to take a break from the routine life..We did not like this..we have pretty hectic business lives and we wanted to be connected. The food preparation was good. Clean and hygienic as well. They don't have any system of bed tea. The earliest one can get something is around 8 in the morning.

A place to have Bengali lunch in traditional bronze crockery set. We went there for lunch with mutton. The food quality was good. Each plate costs us Rs. 420. The steamy rice was served with ghee, daal, brinjal fry, papd, cauliflower curry and obviously mutton curry. None of the curries were spicy.
