I tried booking a massage after a 6 month gap. The person on the call was so cocky and has the gall to disconnect the call twice while I was speaking very politely and respectfully. This place has gone to the dogs in terms of hospitality after the staff change. I would recommend to not visit this place. It's a shame what it has become.
Me and my friends tried quite a few times here. It was quite good experience. You will feel relaxed after visiting it. The charges are 2.5k - 3k at reception and inside the room the actual package prices range from 2k - 4k max. Make sure you don't over pay. Therapists are good.
Therapist was not well trained & didn't know real art of Thai massage. Charges were also very high as compare to others SPAs in Visakhapatnam.
Firstly, the Ambience makes you forget the outside world. All the staff and masseuse were well trained and very professional. I highly recommend this spa because it is the best one I have been to recently in Vizag.
