visited this place recently, the ambience & the food both are top notch. I tried their special Aalu Tikki which was really tasty, South Indian Platter & their BTW Executive Thaali tastes amazing as well. Highly recommend this place. The Idli was super soft.

The food is nice and tempting but I was highly disappointed because I waited there for almost 45 minutes and they didn't fulfill my order within the agreed time. The manager instead chose to fulfill orders of other people who came after me saying next is you. It's totally a lalaji stall completely adhering to favouritism and staff is doing their best to tarnish the reputation built by BTW.
Service is very poor, and the staff here in the restaurant are ill-mannered. They should be polite and humble in this hospitality business especially when they serve food very late. Very dissatisfactory to dine here.
This place is good when you have to just drop by to fullfill your tummy with lesser amount and more to eat but sometimes they have soo bad quality of food that it's even not eatable. I had chinese platter which has manchurian, chilli paneer, chowmein, fried rice. That day manchurian balls were soo hard that they can not be eaten. Then also i had dosa which was okay but the sambar was not good. I had been there before too but then i liked it so they do not maintain quality everyday.
