I have visited Dr Sankar Rao in this hospital for my ear pain he made me do some test costing 5000/ he told me i have to go for surgery but when i went for second opinion with another Dr he told no need for any surgery it is just age related problem, my sincere advice never go to this Dr

I have undergone ear surgery . I am the patient of Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy. I found him as the best ENT doctor. He understands the problems of the patients and gives a perfect treatment. The way in which he takes care of the patients post surgery is just remarkable. I never felt that I am talking to a doctor , rather I feel that I am talking to a very close friend. Thank you Doctor Kalyan. I suggest if you have a ENT problem visit Dr. Kalyan (BSR Ent Clinic ) Once. I must appreciate the staff as well. Very prompt reply from the receptionist.

WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY AND IN MY DAUGHTERS WORDS: After calling and confirming my appointment twice for 2:00 pm, I had an extremely bad experience with Dr. Shanker Rao. After paying 800 rupees for his consultation, as soon as I entered he asked why did I come and that he had no patience which startled and alarmed me. Why would I waste my time and energy on a Doctor Who speaks like this? He did not allow me to tell my concerns and said he did not have all the time in the world to talk to me when I did not even begin to tell him. He yelled and shouted and used the equipments on me so roughly that I almost choked. He kept writing tests to get done in his clinic and charged me almost Rs. 4,000 and on top of that did not want to look at my reports that I got tested to diagnose the right problem. I hated my visit with him today and with his attitude and behavior, I even cannot remember what he diagnosed me with. He said he is 75 years old. Looks like he should have long retired. This is NO way to treat any patient who already is suffering with a problem and has 0 respect towards you, your time and money. HIGH TIME HE RETIRED AND TAKE SOME MANNERS CLASSES. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO TO THIS MONEY MINDED MANNERLESS WORST DOCTOR EVER. SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE MENTAL AND FINANCIAL ABUSE.

Empathy & care are minimum requirement now a days for a medical seeker. Dr Kalyan is truly a focused doctor, patience with good human values. He speaks so friendly that one will definitely feels like at home, and we always returned with smile whenever we visit him for consultation. Best recommended for ENT consultations, and one of the successful surgeons in Hyd.

Got an Immediate appointment and experienced an absolutely polite & professional reception and hospitality. I consulted Dr. KALYAN CHAKRAVARTHY who helped with proper treatment at ease :) . He listened to all my issues carefully and went through my history with utmost patience. The treatment, the support and the confidentiality he provided is marvelous. So, per my experience I strongly recommend visiting BSR ENT Hospital for any ENT realted issues.

The worst doctor I've ever been to is SHANKAR RAO. The consultation fees is Rs 800. I went to this hospital for the problem of allergy. 1st day, the doctor prescribed few tablets (WHICH ARE NOT AT ALL RELATED TO THE DISEASE) along with few tests to be done. 2nd day when i went back to him along with the reports, he asked me whether i took the tablets or not which he prescribed. I told him without checking the reports only he prescribed few tablets and now he's saying no need of these reports only. He knows the treatment so he prescribed tablets it seems. He was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to patients also doesn't listen to the problem only. God knows how he became doctor. He's just looting everybody with the high consultation fees. The service is pathetic. I kindly request not to go to that hospital. The way the doctor behaves is just like a person from mental hospital. SHANKAR RAO STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES AND THEIR MONEY.

BSR is thief clinic. Doctor Shankar Rao charges Rs 800/- for consultation and extra charge for examination of the ear with the camera probe in the name of endoscopy. The reception staff is very rude and lack the basic courtesy. Only cash payment accepted no card and no UPI. Doctor will ask patients to go for the hearing test by paying additional Rs 1000/-. Please go to a better place. A big NO for this.

I can easily say he is one of the best ENT specialist doctor that I've come across in Hyderabad. With advanced equipment's, sophisticated treatment and an excellent patient care.
