Worst fiber connection of my life. Worst vendor ever. Paid full money to the vendor for 1 year of connection but does not show up on the account and doesn't provide me a receipt to update my subscription. The vendor keeps ignoring my calls idk why. Frequently keeps LOS (Loss of signals) and ping keeps jitter above 60ms. Frequently using mobile hotspots for my work and web use. Better using Jio sim now 5g has been upgraded to my nearby tower. Ps: if your neighborhood has Jio fiber or Airtel connection you can have that please avoid Bsnl.
Located just opposite to state fire service depot in Sivasagar. Promt attitude and their services. Should be more professional and customer oriented in this competitive age.

i will give 0 star coz they give worst service... nd their fiber connection is just a waste of money or nothing..they dont take any responsibilty after connection n internet connection of bsnl is too bad.. Mahine mein 20din toh net hi ni chlata faltu ka fiber ka bill pay krna padta hai..
