I give it 3 star because it is still not bsnl exchange it turn into aadhar card correction office this is the reason

At present BSNL has come out with good offers in mobile, land-line as well as broadband too. Services are average due to lack of manpower.

Worst service. Even the higher authorities don't have knowledge and are irregular to office but somehow false attendance is maintained. No one is on time. Worst people, low level of knowledge of their product. Can't fix any problem and asks customer to refer to local vendors in case of any trouble.

BSNL service of Renukoot is very poor, employees of BSNL are not working, government should take action against them.

Worst services , internet stops working after every 1 or 2 days. Seems like they stop the connection themselves and when we complain , internet starts working again. Deserves - ve stars.

Finally BSNL is providing some good service,because probably I was the only customer there.

Worst service and inefficient stuff. Poor broadband connection and no one is there to pickup the call.
