I remember how scared and nervous I was when I first joined the classes but sir made everything work so well. My body used to be stiff but now I seem to have improved. Basudev sir have been extremely patient and great of a coach. It is because of his honest efforts and genuine directions that I feel a lot better today physically and mentally. The way sir approaches each & every exercise/yoga poses with practicality is what helps the most! Thank you sir for making Yoga such a fun and effective activity.
