I was at Ayuskama Ayurveda Rishikesh for a 21 day detox programme. It was a very pleasant stay. Everything was well managed and organised. Rohan is very good (since he was my Therapist)! Others are also very efficient in doing their respective parts. Dr. Vinod is a very knowledgeable and comfortable to consult with. Food is the way it should be! Basic and Good! Our meditation and yoga teachers were also very good! I would definitely recommend this place for panchkarma and weight loss! will definitely visit again!
So we accidentally bumped into this VRR Wellness place in Bengaluru near Electronic city with zero expectations. And to our surprise it turned out to be a delight. Stay was awesome, the therapies were totally rejuvenating and the staff was extremely polite and hospitable. Strongly recommend if you are intending to make a difference in your health and lifestyle.
I have signed up fm.15th to 26th June 2022... Taken the full pkg. The services here are tended with care and with a big smile... The chef prepares the food very well...I had a few requests which were complied with cheerfully... My masseuse therapist is a small built mother of 2 but her fingers work like magic on my chinks and crinks... Last but not the least Drs.team of husband and wife listen to you patiently and subscribe the therapy needed. They were very kind to arrange a trip for me to witness the Ganga arti which I was keen to witness. Finally...and Not to forget my yoga guru who also is very attentive adhd guides us well through the asanas which i am not too well versed with. Over all would recommend this place to all to come and unwind fm.the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Veda5 beach retreat is an amazing place to rejuvenate your health. Wonderful property, pristine beach, wonderful staff, doctor and services. It's a must visit - solo or with family. We owe it to our health at least once a year.
My feelings are good with the entire Prog with good hospitality and awesome atmosphere of this Ayiskama center...
Ayurveda Resort By BS Ayurveda Tours India is an Ayurvedic retreat for your Body, Mind & Soul in God's own country- Kerela. Everything about this place was PERFECT! I came here for a 14 day Body purification/ rejuvenation programme and have thoroughly enjoyed the treatments and my stay.
Stayed here for 14 days and it was so refreshing from the city life. After 2 week program, I can see effects on my better health. Their service is excellent. I would recommend everyone to visit here.
