Brushwood Villa Resort - Hotel in Canacona - South Goa, India

Horrific experience which ruined our trip! I liked that it had parking and that's about it! Dislikes- 1. The bedsheets were dirty, torn and even had blood stains on it. I asked them to get it changed as soon as I checked in. 2. There were no basic facilities like water bottle, kettle, shampoo. 3. The night lamp did not work on one side. 4. The TV did not work since it wasn't recharged. We informed at the reception and they said they will ask the owner to recharge and it wasn't done till we checked out. 5. The room smelled bad. If you are considering to come here with your partner or family, please DON'T! Completely not worth it. I regret this stay the most.

The hotel was not good as expected even the price was not same as shown online. Speaking about the property the washroom were not cleaned neither the bed. Staff was drunk and non co-operative. The hotel didn't even provided the drinking water we purchased from outside as there are no shops nearby the hotel. It was a dreadful experience.

No hot water here. Very congested parking. No room service available here. I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the lack of room service. It's inconceivable that in this day and age, a hotel would not offer such a basic amenity. It made my stay inconvenient and frustrating. I won't be returning here.

The place is nice and cozy, especially for winter and summer season. Kuldeep our hotel manager was extremely warm hearted and made our experience wonderful in this villa. The hygiene and prompt response of the hotel is very nice.. loved the place......

The place is nice however not maintained well. The service was good however the food was bad. We ordered Indian and continental. Both were horrible. We requested for cab service and that was not on time. The place can do wonders. The staff should have a better approach towards bettering it

Disappointed being in this hotel. Bad service. 1.Electricity is not stable. Frequently they turned off AC TV and I had to asked them to turn on the AC. They wait for guest to call them for turning on AC and TV. Not sure if there is electricity fluctuation or they deliberately turning off the AC as I have to ask them every time to check why AC is off. 2.Washroom was dirty. Even when I asked them to clean bucket, serviceman said the bucket is clean and originally has that color. He didn't even bother to look around and accept that room is not clean. 3.Room corners has full of spider net. It is wooden room so it requires proper and regular cleaning and it seems they failed to maintain it. You can see lizard roaming in your room. 4.Campus, surroundings, garden is not well maintained. You can't walk there or sit there. 5.Not recommendable. There are many hotels around to stay can offers best services. Zero comfortability.

Nice property.. Best stay of my life..Front office and housekeeping staff is very helpful and nice..They have wooden rooms which are absolutely nice The manager of the property is very down to the earth person He managed rental bikes for us and also guided us about the nearest tourist spots in South Goa ..The property is located 2.4km from Palolem beach..If you're in South Goa please do visit this property. .

Pathetic management by the hotel staff ugly behaviour of staff, no response when their is no water availability in washrooms no current in nights no food supply to rooms so much to quote too much of rate for a worst place I would suggest choose a better option.
