Superb experience...an amazing place to be with your family & friends for a memorable holiday experience. The rooms are really aesthetically beautiful, spacious with good views outside. you can have the pool view rooms or the rooms with amazing sea outside. Food and beverages are delicious with varied varieties to savour. The staff is generous & courteous. Want to Visit again.

The hotel location is perfect with the best possible views of the channel to the harbour. The various ships and boats passing by are lovely to view from your room balcony. Hotel construction and colonial period design is brilliant and the rooms and comfortable and spacious. The staff, especially Sony and Arun were exceptional. Don't forget to take a guided rickshaw tour with Saneesh who was warm and friendly and a great guide with good local knowledge.

We had a memorable stay here. Check in was smooth, Arun was very helpful. Sea facing rooms are worth it with very nice view. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Went for the Tuk tuk tour around Fort Kochi , could see all important places. Weather was okay, so we could have the evening cruise which again was great. Restaurant has a nice ambience, dinner was tasty with traditional Kochi dishes . Breakfast was also good. Overall, a great experience, nice ambience, pleasant and helpful staff

Lovely hotel in quaint Fort Kochi right with beatiful water views. The property was beautifully maintained, restored and they have retained the old world charm. The pool was clean and beautiful and nice to lie in the pool and watch the boats sail by. The service was excellent and the staff was very helful, good ayurvedic studio right there as well, got a massage and shiro dhara. A little expensive for indian standards, very affordable for foreigners. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit juices, loved the cucumber juice. The restaurant upstairs was ok, we ate only one night and the service was terrible, we ordered food at 8 pm and got the food at 9:30pm. Hard to judge if the food was good as we were famished. The next night we got room service and that was good. There are plenty of other good food options in fort kochi. Overall great experience and will definitely go back, very relaxing place with great service. The ferry to vippin is close, the noise bothered us for the first day, then we got use to it :) Fort Kochi is not super accessible for people coming from Ernakulam, but not a big deal.

Had a great time with the Brunton Boatyard Very spicy and span, great service very attentive to details. Will recommend for all Only issue we faced was the sound of the boat which is operated by the local government- doesn't seem to have a silencer! The boats are fabricated by the Cochin Shipyard!

Brunton Boatyard is a hotel in Kochin that is operated by CGH Earth, a brand that swear by their sustainable luxury. Not only that they also ensure that all the guests get a personal and homely feeling during their stay. The staff is very energetic and friendly and they always make sure that the guests staying with them have the best in class luxury. Their restaurant "History" serves cuisine that represents the 36 communities living in Cochin. Our top picks were The Railway Mutton Curry and Jewish fish. The property also arranges an evening ferry ride that goes around the neighbouring islands and the container yards. Overall its an experience worth trying and I can assure that CGH Earth will never disappoint.

I am a wedding planner from kochi itself, we had our client visit this beautiful place after informing them about our visit for their daughters wedding thats fixed next year march 2024. They flew from Bangalore to kochi just to see the location and book their entire 26+ rooms that was available on the date. As soon as they entered the front office manager Mr.Arun Antony stoped us from going inside and asked us why we were there. We told him that we are here to Check and book the property for a wedding on march 2024 and we have already informed the hotel about our visit. But soon after that he didn't even check for availability he rudely spoke to our clients that there is no room available till march 2024 and the entire property is booked till that date. Our Client came to kochi only after taking their availability and informing their visit but If resorts and hotels keep guys like Arun Antony as their front office Manager its a big Shame. Its a Minimum courtesy to invite the guest inside, Check the availability and inform if the date is booked or not. This wedding was supposed to happen in Hyatt Kochi but we were the one who recommended CGH Brunton Boatyard as their wedding destination. Two major things happend after this disrespectful behaviour from Arun antony. 1.) We lost a big budget wedding that was going to happen in kochi, now moved to kumarakom or bangalore itself. 2.) Never in my lifetime i'm going to recommend CGH Properties for wedding destination as they keep employees like "Arun Antony".

Was expecting a 5 star experience but disappointed with the breakfast as Al Carte was offered with limited spread which is not expected for such a steep booking price. No doubt that the location is great but you also need to have a good customer experience for the 5 star rating you have been displayed. Also few staffs weren't friendly, which is not how it should be.
