Gundappa park is little bit busy but nice and peaceful place with the good nature....you can spent some of time with green nature, and you can do exercise, walking .There are lots of things for kids to play, gym equipment, sitting area too.....if you are living near by this park visit once..
It was nice until few months ago.. now it has no maintenance. Garden is almost dry and public toilet stinks so bad and no water here for year plus now.. child play area is dangerously damaged, most of the slides are damaged and dry tree branches are all over.. Dengue is spreading so badly and this BBMP park is the breeding ground for mosquitoes.. Good to see a group of senior citizens and women doing group activity at park daily evening. Action : in shirt run, a quick control of mosquito breeding and in long run 1. Need a care taker team with tools and gardening needs.2. Proper water supply. 3. Fresh planting activities. 4. Replace broken slides.
Was amazing like the beautiful plants alongside supporting us to walk. The rides are child friendly and very nice for children.

Calm place can hear chirping of birds, has a long walking path. Also has exercise area and children's play area and lot of benches to sit.

In halasuru there is only one park in this area. Most of the people in this area go this area for walking, chatting etc mornings & Evenings & even children's too go there for playing in the evening times. But the park is not well maintained by BBMP authorities it's lack cleanliness & lot of mosquitos are there inside the parking there is only one mali r caretaker who takes care of the park & gardening inside the park & for quite long time there were no rest rooms for visiters both for men & women in this park & very recently the rest rooms were constructed & some of playable iterms were kept for small kids. No doubts ant this park quite big in size in area wise there should anather 1 r 2 park for halasuru becos before COVID 19 there heavy rush during Evenings & weekends but now situation is changed there are only very few are coming to park due COVID 19 pandemic situation & restrictions, Till very recently BBMP have built restrooms for Gents & Ladies inside the park & i am not sure weather the caretaker is maintaining these restrooms neat & clean for public use because lot people who come to the park use restrooms. The BBMP must Should more Attention & interest to well maintain these parks not only in Halasuru but in around Bengaluru City . though they have built rest rooms it's not clean & neat & moreover it's maintained properly, to use it people would hastate.
